The app relies on the magnetic sensor (gyro sensor) in your smartphone or tablet. However, not all devices are equipped with a magnetic sensor, so it is advisable to verify if your device has one. Additionally, if your device is encased in a magnet-containing case or is situated near objects that emit magnetism such as batteries, other smartphones, mobile batteries, or power outlets, this may interfere with proper functioning. To ensure optimal performance, it is recommended to use the compass app in an environment free from any magnetic objects or sources. Should you experience issues with orientation accuracy, you can calibrate the magnetic sensor. This can be done by rotating your smartphone in a figure-eight pattern - please attempt this calibration process if necessary.
